The responsibility that fathers have to be the head of the family isn’t always thought of as a privilege. Feelings of inadequacy too often overwhelm and prevent fathers from stepping into the leadership role that they are made for. Pastor Lynn clarifies the job description of “head of the family” and in doing so he relieves some of the pressure to be perfect and emphasizes the importance of guidance for both fathers and children.
